Manufacturing Process
Full powder-metallurgy line, from melt to finished magnet
Sintered NdFeB and SmCo are produced through powder metallurgy. Our integrated line covers melting, pulverizing, pressing, sintering and heat treatment, followed by precision machining, surface treatment and inspection packaging.
Melting
Alloy strip cast
Jet milling
Fine powder
Pressing
Field alignment
Sintering
Densification
Aging / annealing
Heat treatment
Machining & coating
Cutting, plating
Inspection & packing
Test, magnetize, pack
Sintering & grain-boundary diffusion
Traditional sintering (high-temperature sintering) and grain-boundary diffusion (GBD) target high-energy-product and high-coercivity products.
- N to SH/UH/EH/AH grade coverage
- GBD raises coercivity while saving heavy rare earth
Hot-extrusion radial rings
The hot-extrusion (hot-deformation) route is used for radial-orientation ring magnets; N48SH-grade material is in batch production today.
- Radial multi-pole rings without assembly
- High density and fine grain structure
Finishing & magnetization
A complete machining system covers cutting, surface treatment and inspection packaging, with a minimum machinable size of 0.2 mm.
- Custom programmed magnetization to request
- Down to 0.2 mm minimum feature size
Production Strength
Two dedicated workshops, 200+ processing machines
RJ-MAG operates two dedicated machining workshops with more than 200 processing machines. All equipment is networked for real-time monitoring, and the shop floor runs under 5S management to keep every order traceable and on schedule.
Digital Management
ERP + MES driven production
Since 2023, RJ-MAG has run production on integrated ERP and MES systems. Every operation is converted into data and analyzed in real time, so scheduling, process parameters and quality records are monitored dynamically from order to shipment.
Why Ruijian
Application engineering, not just a magnet off the shelf
We work from your motor or assembly requirements and stay involved through sampling, qualification and repeat production — so the magnet you receive performs the way your design expects.
01Grade & circuit selection
We recommend grade and dimensions against your operating temperature and demagnetization risk — avoiding both field failure and over-specification.
02Tolerance & consistency control
Ground dimensions, matched flux within a batch and consistent magnetization help your rotor build and balance process run predictably.
03Verified, traceable batches
Flux distribution, dimensional and coating checks are recorded by lot, with inspection reports and sample retention for traceability.
04Export & compliance support
We provide material and test documentation and support dual-use export licensing for Dy/Tb-bearing grades, keeping shipments compliant.
Drawing review
Specification, grade and coating defined together
